Silver inkwell tray from India

This is super unique and comes from an Estate collection from India. I am uncertain of how to know the exact material this is made from but it does tarnish like silver, it has weight to it, not thin, light or flimsy at all. Each jar has etchings on the front and has covers for each. The tray itself has a sitting spot for each inkwell jar as well as an indent for a pen or quill. The tray is beautifully made with design and taste. The tray has tiny claw feet and is about 8' x 6" roughly. I have never seen such a beautiful item. This would really pop on a desk in your office or on a bookcase, in an art studio or as home decor. This set is really stunning and I can only imagine once its cleaned properly, how much more gorgeous it will be.
